HK Payroll Services, Inc. (HKP), is seeking a highly-motivated administrative assistant to support our payroll client services team. As a client services administrative assistant, you're at the core of your team's business operations and tasks that keep them moving forward.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Monitoring HKP inbox and faxes
  • Running payroll reports
  • Sealing checks and assembling payroll reports
  • Managing miscellaneous projects as assigned

The ideal candidate:

We're interested in organized individuals who are committed to providing excellent customer service and internal support. The administrative assistant will have the ability to anticipate the needs of team members and resolve administrative issues before they arise.

This role requires:

  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
