Honkamp Krueger & Co., P.C., a top 100 CPA firm, is seeking a maintenance coordinator to be the main point of contact for facilities maintenance and administration.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop quarterly maintenance schedules for all office locations
  • Oversee regular inspection in all Employer owned or operated offices to ensure work areas are safe and free from hazards
  • Manage the preventative maintenance of all equipment
  • Monitor, assign and schedule maintenance from facility work requests
  • Perform basic repair maintenance, as needed
  • Travel to all office locations for facility/maintenance needs

This role requires:

  • Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn new software programs
